Hot Spots Community Cards are valid from September 1st, 2009 through August 31, 2010. Each participant must read each offer carefully as merchant offers may vary from industry or sector. Hot Spots Community Cards may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. Please present your Hot Spots Community Card before each transaction.
At participating merchants where Hot Spots members are entitled to one free item with the purchase of another item, the free item must be of equal or lesser value then the first item. Some offers may be limited by a maximum value which is the maximum savings for that particular offer.
At participating merchants where Hot Spots members are entitled to a disclosed percentage off, the merchant has the ability to discount the percent agreed upon from the total cost or other combination that the community merchant has agreed upon and disclosed.
For the most part, all restaurant offers are valid with Dine-In orders only, however, in some cases offers may be valid for Take Out or Delivery. Please check with the participating merchant prior to placing your order for Take Out and Delivery. As a Hot Spot member, we understand the value of you enjoying your time with your friends and family. With group dining of 4 or less people, only 1 Hot Spots Community Card can be used. For groups with 5 or more members up to 2 Hot Spots Community Cards can be used depending on each specific merchant. The least expensive item within the group's order will be the discounted item.
Please base your tipping for service provided to you upon the total cost of your bill prior to any discount applied as a result of being a Hot Spots Community Card holder. Restaurants still reserve the right to include gratuity. Normal tipping policies are between 15-20%.
Certain restrictions may apply to particular merchants offering discounted services to Hot Spots Community Card holders. Please be sure to view all incentives by our merchants, availability, requirements and days of use.
Hot Spots Community Cards understands the privacy of your personal information and the privacy that you require when you give your personal information. We appreciate your trust, and will only use any collected information for your benefit only and with complete respect for your privacy.
In order to register you as a member of Hot Spots Community Cards, we collect your name, address, phone number, email, gender, birthdate and credit card information in order to process your order(s). Our goal is to make certain that you have a sensational experience as a cardholder of Hot Spots Community Cards so we store your information in an effort to assist with future purchases and inform you when new merchants and/or new specials are offered.
Occasionally we will use your information to send you updated information concerning your card membership with us, and any benefits that we have added for your membership. We may also, at some point in time, communicate with you to find out your merchant or offer preferences so that we can continue to build and improve your membership benefits.
Sometimes we will send out specific offers to selected cardholders of Hot Spots Community Cards on behalf of our community merchants. When we do this, we do not provide any of your information to that business.
